Asian-style pork with vermicelli noodles

Step 1
Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 4 mins or until tender. Drain well. Season.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large, deep frying pan over high heat. Add the onion, garlic and cook for 3 mins or until the onion is lightly softened.
Step 3
Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour. Season.
Step 4
Add the noodles, spinach and oyster sauce. Cook, tossing, for 1 min or until the mixture is heated through and the spinach just wilts.
